Sarah Soule

I am a Raleigh Native with 10 years of experience in the flooring and design industry. My background spans residential renovation, new construction, and commercial interiors.I have a Bachelor’s of Science from Meredith College, in Interior Design, and will never stop learning and enjoying how the products we work with continue to evolve and expand. Product knowledge and details are my strength and I always strive to find the perfect solution for every customer and every project. Outside of the office, I can be found exploring the beautiful state with my friends and family trying every new restaurant we can find

Carrie Wilkerson

I have worked as a designer, project coordinator and educator for 25 years.I truly enjoy working with homeowners and builders from plan stage to the completion of their projects.I love this ever changing industry and helping my clients make the most educated product selections for their spaces.I believe that your home is your haven and work every day to help people achieve just that!I have a BA in Economics from UC Irvine, a Certificate in Interior and Environmental Design from UCI Extension and am NCIDQ certified.When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking and reading.

Kaitlyn Turner

I joined The Home Center team in early 2021 as a sales and design associate. I am a North Carolina native with many years of experience in the flooring and design industry. My background involves residential renovation, new construction, and room refreshing. I have a Bachelor of Science from Meredith College, in Interior Design. I will never stop enjoying and learning how the products we work with continue to evolve and expand. Discovering the trends and exploring all possibilities they allow always intrigues me. Attention to details along with organizing products for ease of access is my strength as I always strive to find the best solution for every customer and project. Outside of the office, I can be found volunteering with local breast cancer foundations to help raise money and spread knowledge for all to have a better understanding of the disease. If I am not volunteering, I am spending time exploring with my family and friends.

Wendi Ryan

I have been a design and sales consultant for over 20 years. Prior to joining The Home Center, I ran my own design and interiors business. That experience helped me learn how to listen to my client’s needs while exploring practical and creative ideas to make their home “uniquely them.” I have always enjoyed creating fun, personal designs with flooring, tile, and fabrics. I even like to sew! I worked in a variety of settings from remodeling to custom John Wieland homes. I enjoy working with homeowners, designers, and contractors. I have a B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee. Go Vols! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my kid’s sports teams and running.

Tim Cochran

I have been in the construction industry all of my adult life and a lifelong resident of Wake County. Still a licensed General Contractor, I enjoy being around construction projects. I have been with The Home Center for 14 years.

Daniel Kelly

I have been with The Home Center since 1994 starting in the warehouse then moving to scheduling, customer service, field supervisor, and now operations manager.I have enjoyed each position and the challenges and rewards each presents.The flooring and construction industries offer an ever changing and exciting career field I enjoy very much.There are always new products and new information to learn on a daily basis.When away from work I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with my family.

Robert Lewis

I have been in the construction industry for twenty five years. I was a superintendent for a small production builder seven years and a custom superintendent for ten years. I also worked as a sub-contractor building staircases in production and custom homes and have been with The Home Center since April 2014. My first job with The Home Center was being a field supervisor making sure hardwood, tile and carpet were installed correctly and on time. For the past year I have served as an area manager. I enjoy the challenges of the construction industry and I enjoy working with people

Mitch Mitchell

I’ve been with the Home Center for over a year. I went to Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration. My background includes working for a landscape designer, working for a custom tile contractor and most recently as an independent handyman. I enjoy the fast pace and problem solving that is part of my daily work as a Field Supervisor.

Justin Ross

I have been in the flooring industry for 5 years, it’s been exciting and a great learning experience every step of the way. I’ve been at The Home Center for 1 year.

William Roberts

I have been at the Home Center for 20+ years , I started out as a helper installing carpet and then going on to working for myself as a carpet installer. After all those years I took a job working for the Home Center delivering lights for several months and then moving on to a field supervisor position. I have enjoyed every minute of it.

Jonathon Putnam

I have been around construction since graduating in 2003. Started my career doing drywall for approximately 9 years. After leaving there went to professional home center where was required to remove and replace damaged materials by wind water of fire damage under insurance claims. After leaving PHC went to Dunn housing authority where was maintenance supervisor for 4 years over 143 single family apartment buildings. Was required to perform and oversee all maintenance performed in these homes.Now have been blessed to land at the Home Center where am required to oversee jobs to make sure are done correctly and in a timely manner. Really enjoy the people and tasks at hand each day. When not working really enjoy hanging out with my beautiful family and playing men's slow pitch softball.

Shane Smith

I have worked for The Home Center for 20+ years starting in installation and working up to an area manager.I work with The Home Center field team to insure jobs are done efficiently and accurately.I take pride in my job and make sure each project is completed with the best possible craftsmanship.
